Integrated Massage Therapy

This whole body therapy combines numerous techniques and  modalities into your session to give you the best possible results.

By integrating various forms of massage, the session is tailored to your symptoms and preferences and the way your body responds to the techniques that are used.

An integrated massage may include Swedish with long, gliding strokes, Trigger Point Therapy for deep knots and referred pain, Myofascial Release to relieve "stuck" connective tissue, and Deep Tissue pressure for areas of muscular congestion.

Zone Therapy (30 minute session  $45.00)

Perfect for those with neck and shoulder tension, headaches, TMJ, sciatica, tennis or golf elbow, carpal tunnel syndrome, achilles tendonitis, plantar fasciitis or other areas of pain and restriction, this detailed 30 minute session targets specific issues with a localized massage.

Massage is not a substitute for regular care of these conditions. Not all massage is suitable for acute cases. Please consult your Primary Care/Specialist Doctor before considering these treatments.

Aromatherapy Massage

A select blend or use of single note essential oils enhance the effect of this massage. Benefits of essential oils include reduced stress, revitalized energy, warming sensation to ease muscular tension, and pain reduction. (Please let me know your preference of oil scent or issue you would like to address so I may have the specific oils ready for your session.)

Healing Touch Therapy

A gentle healing method, Reiki uses energy vibrations through the placement of the practitioner's hands on areas of the client's body that need attention, be it physical or emotional. Deeply restorative, Reiki supports the body's own healing intuitions and inner guidance. Clients remain clothed and will relax on the massage table covered with a blanket.
